Buyer Qualification - Gun Laws

Apache Firearms P.O. Box Westlake, OH 44145

Apache Firearms complies with all State and Federal Firearms Laws without exception. Federal Firearms Laws specify that you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifles and shotguns. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns. In order to purchase any firearm you must not be under any disability relative to owning a firearm. It is your responsibility to order only those firearms that are legal to ship to your respective state. If you purchase a firearm that is prohibited in your state, the firearm will be held and returned to stock and a check will be issued to you minus a 15% restocking fee.

Following determination of gun availability, and a purchase is desired, for guns other than those designated as "Antique" (manufactured before 1898) or requiring a C&R License, you must provide us promptly with a current, signed FFL license from your local gun dealer. Your firearms will be shipped to your local gun dealer and there you must pass the FBI NICS instant check. Then the gun will be transferred to you. Any fees that your local dealer charges will be your responsibility.

For those firearms offered for sale which qualify as a Curio & Relic, these specific firearms may be transferred directly to you when you send us a signed, current copy of your C&R License. Note that the firearm must be listed in the ATF C&R booklet or be over 50 years old to qualify.

Those guns which qualify as "Antique" will be shipped directly to your residence upon receipt of payment.
